ON THE CRITERIA FOR “GOOD PRACTICES” OF THE JOINT CONVENTION

ANNOTATION:
The article provides an analysis of the possibilities for improving the definition of "good practice" used in the Joint Convention on the Safety of Spent Fuel Management and the Safety of Radioactive Waste Management. Based on Russian proposals for the application of the concept of “good practice”, examples of their practical use are considered.
