Orlova ANNOTATION: The paper evaluates the hypothesis regarding potential application of testing results focused on physical and mechanical properties of well cores stored in an air-dry state to the safety assessment of underground URF structures with open arches. It also presents approaches to the categorization of the Archean gneisses at the Yeniseiskiy site according to the strength characteristics.
