Slastennikov ANNOTATION: The paper discusses the practice applied by FSUE Radon, namely, by the NPK — Sergiev Posad branch to the conditioning of spent ion exchange resins from the Kalinin NPP: they are immobilized within a polymer waste form using a purposely designed and manufactured pilot unit. Based on the laboratory and methodological capacities of the enterprises, the study demonstrates the compliance of the obtained polymer compound and the waste packages with relevant quality indicators and acceptance criteria provided for by the regulatory requirements.
