Baryshev, V.Y. Krasilnikov, A.F. Myrzin, A.A. Syrosev ANNOTATION: The paper estimates the mass content of 239Pu and 235U in canisters with vitrified high-level waste for the time periods of 1.7·104 and 105 years depending on the SNF burn-ups and considering the decay of 243Am, 245Cm and 239Pu. Within a time period of 1.7·104 years and at a SNF burn-up level of 58 GW·day/tU, the mass content of 239Pu in the canisters is expected to grow 5.5 times due to the decay of 243Am and 245Ñm (in equivalent to 239Pu), whereas the one provided the burn-ups of 39, 34 è 24 GW·day/tU would see a 2.4, 2.0 and 2.0-fold growth accordingly. In 105 years, the mass of 235U in canisters considering the SNF burn-ups of 58, 39, 34. 24 and 9 GW·day/tU is expected to grow 1.3—4.4 times compared with its initial mass in the canisters. Keywords: radioactive waste, transuranic nuclides, evolution of nuclear fissile nuclides in vitrified high-level waste. DOWNLOAD (RU) » Baryshev A. V., Krasilnikov V. Ya., Myrzin A. F., Syrosev A. A.
