RADIOACTIVE WASTE OF CHERNOBYL ORIGIN

ANNOTATION:
The paper considers the inventory accounting for most part of the radioactive waste of the Chernobyl origin in three countries, namely, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Ukraine. It presents a waste categorization system developed jointly by specialists from these three countries based on current regulations, as well as a general categorization system for disposal and storage facilities accommodating such waste.
