DEVELOPMENT OF USS RW IN THE FRAMEWORK OF FEDERAL TARGETED PROGRAM OF NUCLEAR

The article summarizes the achievements of the federal targeted program “Nuclear and radiation safety assurance
for 2016—2020 and for the period up to 2030" in key fields of radioactive waste management. Results are described for the most significant of the projects, the encountered problems are analyzed, and the directions of further actions aimed at enhancement of organization of works to achieve the highest level of economic and social effectiveness are identified.
